Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CashLink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, sellers, and buyers who use the Service.

We may provide additional terms for specific features. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that feature.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use CashLink. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

03 The Service

CashLink lets creators ("sellers") upload photos and videos, set a price, and share a link so that customers ("buyers") can purchase and download that content. We provide hosting, locked previews, checkout, delivery, and payout tooling.

CashLink is a technology platform and payment facilitator. We are not the author, owner, or seller of user content, and we do not pre-screen everything that is uploaded.

04 Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cashlink.online if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

05 Selling on CashLink

As a seller, you represent that you own or have all rights necessary to sell the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

You set your own prices. You are solely responsible for the content you offer, the descriptions you provide, and for collecting and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales, unless we are required to collect them on your behalf.

To receive payouts you must connect a valid payment account through our payments partner, Stripe, and complete any identity verification Stripe requires.

06 Buying on CashLink

When you purchase content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view it for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless the seller grants broader rights in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display purchased content without the seller's permission. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

07 Fees & Payouts

Creating an account is free. CashLink charges a per-sale fee and/or a subscription fee depending on your plan, as described on our pricing page. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe may also apply.

Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe account. We may place holds or reserves on funds where required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal compliance. You authorize us to deduct applicable fees, refunds, and chargebacks from your balance.

08 Content & Conduct

You agree not to upload, sell, or share content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Depicts or involves any minor, or anyone who has not given informed consent;
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent;
• Contains malware, or attempts to circumvent the Service's security or payment systems;
• Violates any applicable U.S. federal, state, or local law.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, in our reasonable discretion.

09 Intellectual Property & Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant CashLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and preview generation), and display that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service and to deliver it to buyers.

The CashLink name, logo, software, and design are owned by CashLink, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use them without our prior written permission.

10 Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on CashLink infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required information to legal@cashlink.online.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

11 Refunds

Because purchases deliver digital content instantly, all sales are generally final. We may issue refunds at our discretion or where required by law — for example, for duplicate charges, content that materially differs from its description, or files that fail to deliver.

To request a refund, contact support@cashlink.online within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

12 Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (such as fees owed, licenses you granted to buyers, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will meet your expectations.

14 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHLINK AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to CashLink in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashLink, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where you have non-waivable rights under your local consumer-protection laws.

17 Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
