Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 202601 Overview
We believe in collecting only what we need to run a trustworthy marketplace, being clear about how we use it, and giving you control. This policy applies to creators, buyers, and visitors.
02 Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account details — your name, email address, and password.
- Content — the photos, videos, titles, and descriptions you upload to sell.
- Payment details — handled by our payments partner Stripe; we receive limited information such as the last four digits of a card and payout status, not your full card number.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken on the Service.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
- Cookies — as described in the Cookies section below.
03 How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including hosting content and delivering purchases;
- Process payments and payouts and prevent fraud;
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests;
- Personalize and improve the Service and develop new features;
- Send product updates and marketing (you can opt out at any time);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
04 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the Service is used, and improve performance. Some cookies are essential; others are optional.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. We honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law.
06 Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
07 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Opt out of marketing and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell data);
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
U.S. residents — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@cashlink.online. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
08 Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
09 Children's Privacy
CashLink is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@cashlink.online.
10 International Users
CashLink is operated from the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11 Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites and services we don't control, such as social platforms where creators share their links. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.
12 Changes & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
